Our products are made-to-order, ensuring every piece is uniquely crafted for you. Due to this personalized approach, we regret that returns and exchanges are not applicable.

However, if the product is received in a damaged condition or has a manufacturing defect, we will take care of it promptly.

To report a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Inform us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us via:

  2. Provide details and clear images of the damaged product to help us process your request.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup of the product.
    • Note: Reverse pickup may not be available in all areas. In such cases, you may need to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
  4. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will either:
    • Replace the item with a new one.
    • Issue a Wallet Money refund if a replacement is not possible.

Cancellation of Order

Orders can only be canceled before they are sent for production. Once the production process begins, cancellations are not possible.
